Kjatan is from Iceland. Omnom is a pretty known chocolate brand in Iceland and you can find their chocolates at Whole Foods in the US, too. One of our camp attendees, Alex, had a few chocolate bars in his hand to show he had found Omnom at Whole Foods when we were starting the camp :)

Kjatan was a very curious boy taking things apart to figure out how certain things were built. His curiosity was with everything and took him to even food, which led him to the path of chocolate. He says making chocolate is like engineering and art combined. You need to use precision and creativity to make great chocolates. He is grateful and delighted that his chocolates can pass people a lot of joy.

Our kids were so excited to learn about all the details of how chocolate starts from a fruit, goes through certain processes, and then becomes something that makes people happy. At the end of the camp, he showed a very special video. Coming from Westman Island, Iceland, he has been always fascinated with the story about the volcanic eruption his parents had to deal with in 1973. He made a scene of volcanic eruptions with only chocolates. After revealing the crazy eruption scene all made with chocolate to his team, he and his team shared the delicious chocolate volcanoes together. Our kids wished they had experienced such a thing. You know what though. If you ever visit Iceland, you are welcome to come to his company for a tour and he will let you have a very special experience with Omnom ❤️

Kjatan was so sweet to offer some free chocolates to some kids that had taken our pre-event challenge and also had great comments during the camp. If you want to try Omnom chocolates, you can find them at Whole Foods.

Imagination is something individual but creativity requires feedback. Creating things in a community environment where you can exchange feedback with others is super important. Roblox and TaleTree have the common goal of enabling these interactions among people that share the same passions.
